1. Avoid comparing your child to others โ€“ Every child is unique, and comparisons only add unnecessary pressure.

2. Donโ€™t compare your child to their siblings โ€“ Each child has their own journey, and it's important to celebrate their individuality without creating unnecessary competition.

3. Donโ€™t overthink every little detail โ€“ Trust your instincts and avoid spiraling into unnecessary worry about every decision or situation.

4. Do what you can handle at home, and seek professional support for what you can't โ€“ Itโ€™s okay to ask for help and get the guidance you need when things feel overwhelming.

5. Donโ€™t turn to Dr. Google โ€“ While the internet can provide some insight, avoid diagnosing or treating your child based on unreliable sources.

6. Donโ€™t be swayed by social media or marketing โ€“ Not everything you see online is what it seems. Be cautious about products and trends that may add stress or pressure.

7. Donโ€™t believe everything is as easy as it appears on social media โ€“ Remember that social media only shows the highlights, not the full picture. Embrace the reality of motherhood and its ups and downs.

8. Avoid toxic mother support groups โ€“ Surround yourself with positive, supportive communities. Itโ€™s important to choose groups that are uplifting rather than those that contribute to negativity and are misleading.

9. Donโ€™t experiment with your childโ€™s health or routines โ€“ Childrenโ€™s bodies and systems are different from adults'. Itโ€™s important to be cautious and informed before trying new approaches.

10. Steer clear of myths and misconceptions โ€“ Be mindful of the myths you may encounter, and focus on evidence-based practices for your child's wellbeing.
